Suggested Bio Format

We welcome your interest in becoming a member of our chapter. Please begin the online membership application HERE (not available on mobile app).  By filling out the online application your data is entered into the online database.   

We would like to introduce you to our members by publishing a short biography of your career in our monthly newsletter. Please see the Suggested Bio format on the right.

Dues structure as of Jan 1, 2021:

• Annual dues of new members who join between October 1 and December 31 will be a 15-month membership concluding at December 31 of the following year. The annual dues for new members who join between Jan 1 and Sept 30 will not be prorated.

• Any dues paying member who attains the age of 85 during a due’s year and has been a member for five years shall not be subject to dues for any subsequent years while continuing to be a member. 

• Surviving Spouses will continue the deceased member’s membership until the end of that term.

• Dues will be $25/year for Regular & Associate members and $20 for Surviving Spouses. 

• An option of multiple year dues payment with discounted rates and a savings of $10 over 3 years: 

  Regular/Associate: 1-yr @$25; 2-yr @$45; 3-yr @$65

  Surviving Spouse:  1-yr @$20; 2-yr @$35; 3-yr @$50
